I've been director at Next Gallery for about a year and change. While I've always enjoyed exhibiting my prowess at organizing events, I was pretty green when it comes to a leadership position like this. Needless to say, I've learned a lot of things along the way and need a place to store these experiences before I forget what they were. Thus, the inception of this blog. May it be useful!
